• superhuman speed (faster reflexes and movement speed. through his experimental birth and his life as a Hunter - and the abnormal physical conditioning it provided - his frame is relatively slender, but his muscles are incredibly toned and conditioned and when paired with his quick mental reflexes and telepathy, he is able to govern his muscles more quickly - resulting in superhuman speed and reflexes. some would assume this would grant him superhuman strength as well, but given that his speed is a product of mental and physical ability, his strength is noteworthy, but nothing out of human limits)
• slight telepathy (he can read emotions and surface thoughts, such as what the person is thinking at the moment or what is going on in their mind - not anything intrusive such as digging into memories. as well, he can affect their emotional state or thought process if the person isn't actively attempting to block Tristan out - such as instilling an urge to do something, calming them down, or making them feel a certain way)
• mastery over the element of wind/air (Tristan has gained the supernatural ability to govern the element of wind, being able to manipulate it to a certain extent on command. his ability ranged from simple gusts of wind or pockets of air to larger feats of control, such as directed vacuums to remove all air and disabling whirlwinds to suspend a target in mid-air. the more advanced the feat, however, the more focus and effort he has to put into it. for example, in order to create a vacuum or whirlwind, he would have to focus his thoughts entirely on making it work the way it's supposed to)

WEAPONS

• Noblesse: a slender silver spear, with an incredibly sharp blade known to pierce through even some of the hardest of metals. the shaft and blade are actually one single piece as opposed to a blade faceted into the shaft. the shaft of the spear is engraved with elaborate and elegant patterns similar to vines or celtic knot patterns.
• Oblige: a silver handgun, made to match the style of Tristan's spear. it has the same ornate patterns on the barrel as the shaft of the Noblesse spear. other than the custom look, it functions like a normal handgun.

i'd also like to see a bit more description with the special abilities. how does he use it? does he use it often? weaknesses? etc.

I added descriptions to the abilities, and put the code tags in.

Though the abilities sound like they could be godly, they're not. Telepathy is basic (he's not going to go around reading everyone's past or using hardcore mind-control), and his wind element is something he'd need to focus on in order to get results - so he won't be magically disabling people and killing them as if they were helpless.

I gave an explanation of why he has heightened speed/reflexes, too, and it ties into his telepathy and mental reflexes. If anything isn't quite good enough, let me know and I'll change it or add to it
